Are you a Senior Mechanical Engineer who is DEGREE QUALIFIED? Are you keen to get involved in an exciting £25mil project? Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work for a Tier 1 main contractor in SW London.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

This is a great opportunity to work on a long term project, as a Freelance Senior Mechanical Engineer.

The Role:



* Managing the sub-contractors, direct labour and liaising with design teams throughout the project
* Overall responsibility of the Mechanical Services installation on your projects
* Deliver a quality installation, in line with the client's expectations
* Driving our cost whilst maintaining our standards.
* Work with the planner to have a clear sequence of works.
* Work with the BIM department to produce fully coordinated installation drawings.
* Informative procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Value engineering, and ensuring the project sticks to the program as closely as possible
* Select and submit materials for approval

Requirements:



* Qualified and experienced Engineer with the ability to drive the design, co-ordination, delivery and handover of all projects.
* Mechanical Engineering degree - ESSENTIAL
* CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS

Location: SW London

Duration: 12 Months+

Rate: £340 - £360 a day
