A well established facilities management client of ours are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join a successful and dynamic team near St Albans. The client requires a candidate with the ability to work with high volumes both in payroll and in expenses.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Administrator / Lead Payroll Administrator job will include:



* Leading a team of payroll administrators
* Having a complete understanding of policies and procedures
* Working closely with key stakeholders
* Understanding of TUPE
* Full knowledge of all payroll procedures and legislation

The ideal Senior Payroll Administrator / Lead Payroll Administrator will possess the following attributes/skills:



* 3-5 years experience
* Management experience
* An autonomous and driven work ethic
* Strong Microsoft Excel experience
