Are you a Residential Senior Planner looking for a new challange?

My client, one of the most respected, renowned residential Main Contractor that has a turnover exceeding £2bn is looking for a Senior Planner to head up a team working on a 500+ units project in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a Tier 1 Main Contractor and really improve your experience in the field.

This role will require a high level of professionalism and confidence in negotiations, managing contractual risk as well as establishing and maintaining the procurement strategy of the business.

The right candidate will have a strong knowledge and experience in setting up and maintaining policies and processes, communication channels between the different business departments as they continually grow. For the successful candidate my client will pay up to £90,000 + competitive package.

Ideally the right person will have more then ten years experience in RC Frame Residential schemes.
