Senior Development Management Planner

*Flexible working available* *Two roles available* *££ negotiable*

Are you a Senior Town Planner looking for a new role?: Our client are a growing ambitious Local Authority who due to a large amount of growth in the region, currently have a need to appoint two Senior Town Planners to work on minimum 6 month contract.

This role will give you the opportunity to work across a wide range of applications but predominately planning applications for principally medium developments of housing, commercial including retail and renewable energy schemes, and occasionally may be responsible for some more complex proposals or providing assistance to Principal Planner/Team Leader in managing strategic applications.

The client is happy to consider candidates from both UK and Non Uk backgrounds however you would need to demonstrate at least 5 years post qualification experience as well as experience working across a varied caseload of applications.
