Senior Project Manager

My client is a regional contractor with an excellent reputation locally. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager to take on a secured scheme. The project is a £24m accommodation scheme (steel frame and Met Sec) to be delivered by July 2020.

This will be the lead on site managing the site team, commercial team and heading the client relationship. You will have experience delivering other major schemes for main contractors and must have worked on other multi room accommodation schemes. These could include student accommodation, hotels etc.
