Senior Project Manager - New Build Housing - 160 Units

I have an immediate requirement for one of my key clients, based out of Warrington. They require a Senior Project Manager to control a 100 unit new build housing site in Warrington for a duration of circa 1.5 years.

The site itself will be split between social housing and 3-4 bedroom houses, with the split 20 social housing units and 60 townhouses.

The ideal Project Manager will come from a trade background and have a proven track record of delivering 100 unit sized sites.

You will have a structured career history and have worked within the new build housing sector previously and have an in depth knowledge of housing rules & regulations and the housing sector in general. You will have 2 Site Managers reporting into you and you will report into one of the Directors.

Your main duties and responsibilities include;



* Client relationship management
* Keeping site on programme
* Chairing meetings with clients and subcontractors
* Financial reporting for site
* Drafting contracts
* Acting as dispute manager
