Senior Property Manager

Up to £51,000

Central London

Our leading National Property Management Client has an exciting position for a proven Senior Property Manager to be apart of an exciting team in Central London.

Your duties will be;



* Primary responsibility for delivery of property management service to a portfolio of residential buildings.
* To undertake client care and liaison.
* To co-ordinate the work of accounts and property services department to ensure service delivery.
* Produce annual financial plan for properties.
* Prepare and agree budgets with clients.
* Facilitate prompt issue of audited
* Arrange recruitment, training etc
* Undertake basic risk assessment within managed properties.
* Review Health and Safety reports and other inputs e.g. engineering reports.
* Review contracts, agree service levels, identify necessary preventative maintenance, pre-authorising within agreed parameters.
* Undertake retrospective approval of reactive maintenance.
* Commission condition surveys and plan maintenance programmes subject to client approval.
* Review lease requirements/property condition and produce reserve fund projections or interim service charge collections to fund major works.

If you are interested in joining their team you first must have experience in the following;



* MUST have relevant experience
* At least 4/5 years of residential block property management experience
* MUST have a Driving License
* Live within a good location of central London
* Be a "lead from the front" candidate
* A driven individual
* Be approachable and presentable
* IT literate
