Senior Property Manager - Luxury Apartments - Leading Managing Agent - London - Up to £65k + Package

Are you an ambitious Senior Property Manager who would like the opportunity to manage a high-end, multi-million pound Residential development in London?

Do you have experience managing block properties; such as Section 20, Service Charges and chairing AGM's?

Would you enjoy the opportunity to head up a small team of Property Managers, who share the same ambition and drive as the leading Managing Agent you will be working for?

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to oversee the smooth running of a set of luxury apartments.


* Opportunity to work on a set of Luxury, high end apartments

* Attend residents AGMs and directors meetings, and raise fees where applicable; issue draft minutes to Directors.
* Draft and issue Section 20's for major works.
* Manage block residential portfolio in accordance with RICS Codes of Practice, ARMA rules.
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site, inclusive of M&E, cleaning and security.
* Conduct site visits and regular inspections of properties to ensure maintenance upkeep of them.
* Daily tenant liaison.
* Health and safety management throughout building
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes
* Prepare management reports for on site staff
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants
* Undertake regular building inspections
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery


* IOSH/Nebosh qualified
* AIRPM/ MIRPM desirable but not essential

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain experience of working on one of London's newest, most prestigious residential developments. The role is paying a generous salary of up to £65k + package.
