Senior Construction Manager - Central LondonI am currently working with a niche construction management business who are currently looking to hire a Senior Construction Manager due to a recent project win.The project is a large commercial office project in Central London. The top floor they will be turning into a very high-end penthouse and the lower floors will be commercial offices. The initial package value you would be managing would be £15m (my client are currently undertaking £30m worth of work). By 2024, the overall project value will be £100m.
