Senior Quantity Surveyor

Exclusively recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run the second phase of £360mil new build project for a very reputable residential contractor in West London.

You will be responsible for managing the full procurement to final accounts for the second phase valued in region of £100mil consisting of 400 units over several high rise rc frame blocks.

This is a progressive role to eventually become the commercial lead for the whole project and future projects.


* Paying up to £85,000 basic salary

* At least 7+ years experience working within a QS position in the UK
* An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
* Main contractor/developer experience desired
* RC Frame experience needed
* Experience needed on major project and run a project from inception to final accounts
* Strong references
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid commercial acumen
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
