Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyors position in Bristol, working in the centre. Working directly with the client, they are aiming to recruit someone to sufficiently work on this building project whilst ensuring high standards of economic efficiency.

This transnational company is a leading internationally within the infrastructure sector; offering the possibility of growth and movement within the group. Their teams bring technical knowledge and industry experience to projects to provide exceptional customer services; the ideal candidate will exude these traits.

The ideal candidate must have industry applicable qualifications and experience in a senior Quantity Surveying role alongside knowledge of construction and contract law. You will be well versed in Microsoft packages, communication and negotiation skills and holding responsibility.

The benefits include, but are not limited to, a lucrative pension scheme, childcare vouchers, health care and a cycle to work scheme. The salary is somewhere in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum and will be a permanent role.
