**Project level Quantity Surveyor needed for two New Build High Rise Residential Towers in Central London paying £300-400 p.d **

I urgently require a Project Quantity Surveyor for an £150 million project consisting of 2 New Build Residential Towers in Central London. This is for a well-know, well-established Developer paying anything between £300-£400 p.d.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Central London

Rate: £300 - £400 p/d depending on experience

Duties may include:

* Procurement
* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Requirements: Strong procurement and large package management experience; Residential experience

Project: 2 New Build Residential Towers

Duration: 6-12 months, possibly ongoing

Start: ASAP
