job description

Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor position in Exeter. Working directly with the client, they are aiming to recruit someone to sufficiently work on this student accommodation project whilst ensuring high standards of economic efficiency.

This international company is a leader in construction who strive for excellence and integrity; the ideal candidate must reciprocate these traits. With other branches of this company working in a range of sectors, they're a diverse company who are committed to being a standout amongst competitors.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with economically larger projects and student accommodation, or similar builds; alongside vast experience in such a role. You will be well versed in Microsoft packages, communication and negotiation skills and holding responsibility. This is a great opportunity to work with a successful and driven company and an equally prosperous team.

The benefits are comprehensive and the salary is attractive.

This will be a two stage interview, if you would like further information please contact Courtney Hurd, office number 01454610000.
