Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to work on high-end newbuild residential scheme for a Top Tier Develeoper in Leatherhead!

I am seeking a strong site-based Senior QS to work on a £15m new build residential project in Surrey, comprising of 79 units. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long term role within a Tier One Developer on an iconic project.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Location: The role will involve being based on site

Rate: £350 - £375p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director and working within the site team

Duties will include -

* Procurement
* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings
