Would you relish the opportunity to be involved in one of the regions flagship Civil Engineering Projects?

Due to a significant project award, our award winning Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Client is seeking to supplement it's Commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The successful candidate will join the Project Team on a £65m Infrastructure Scheme which is delivering a major new Bypass to alleviate congestion, promote growth and enhance the inner-city environment. The programme runs through to mid 2020 and includes a diverse range of project elements including carriageways, roundabouts, bridges, underpasses and rail interface.

The role will report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and will take responsibilty for commercial delivery and performance, ensuring company standards and contract requirements are met, whilst maximising quality of service and profitability.

Key duties will include:



* Commercial & Contractual Management
* Financial Reporting
* Margin Analysis
* Cash Flow Forecasts
* Turnover Forecasts
* De-Brief Reporting

Previous experience working with NEC Contracts within the Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Sector is essential. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of highways / structures would be a significant advantage.
