Senior QS required for an excellent opportunity based on one of the Counties most prestigious residential and commercial new build projects . Salary circa £70 - £80k plus excellent package.

Our client is a leading Developer know for delivering new communities across the country incorporating modern living apartments and houses with commercial elements including schools, hotels, shops etc. They build to a very high standard . Traditional and Reinforced Concrete frames.

Due to continued growth and progression on site they require a Senior QS for a site based opportunity . Reporting into the remote Head Office, the Candide will work with the Construction Director and Project leads site based just outside of in Maidstone delivering many phases of both houses and commercial build over a number of years.
