Calling all Senior Quantity Surveyors! My major tier 1 client is looking to take on an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major redevelopment project.
My client is a major contractor within the civil/rail sectors with an Adjusted Group revenue for the end 2021 £1.1 billion!
The redevelopment project will be for one of the top ten busiest stations in the UK outside of London. The redevelopment works will provide crucial increased capacity to support growth and a significantly enhanced passenger experience.
The redevelopment is set to be valued at £150 million! With the project starting in early 2020 and set to finish sometime in 2023.
The position is a freelance opportunity inside of IR35 scope with a competitive rate. The candidate will be working on site and in the office
Duration: 6 months +
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location:West Sussex
Rate: £375 p /d to £424 p/d depending on experience (Inside IR35)

- Reputable degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Valid CSCS
