An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to work at an award winning national house builder at their Scottish head offices.

The company is regarded as one of the best in the new build housing sector, knowing for luxurious finishes and high end product and delivery. They pride themselves in their staff retention, therefore this is a great opportunity to join a sought after business as opportunities do not come up often within this business.

The position will be for a Senior QS or an experienced QS who is looking to take the next step up to Senior QS. You will be based at their offices in Central Belt working for their East division and covering sites predominantly across Edinburgh and the Lothians. The company can be flexible as to whether you are office based or site based as you would be expected to work independently. You will be be responsible for circa 2 projects, which include 2-3 storey house and flatted developments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on new build residential projects. Candidates with main contracting and civils experience would also be considered.
