The Company

Our client is a leading IT solutions company who provide a full range of services within the Financial and Wealth Management arena. With a presence in over 30 countries, their goal is to provide an adaptable system that allows their clients to improve operational control & efficiency, reduce costs and safeguard data.

They are now looking for an experienced and successful New Business Senior Sales Executive to join their team and grow their already impressive client base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an expanding business who truly invest in their staff. Travel will be a part of the role, territories include Switzerland and the Caribbean.

The Role:

• Developing and managing your own new business sales pipeline.
• Closing new business sales, contributing to company growth.
• Communicating effectively with new business prospects to build solid working relationships and to attain trusted advisor status.
• Utilising a consultative and solution driven sales approach to understand client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to be able to offer the best solution for their current and future needs.
• Develop account centric strategy's and work with internal teams to ensure your account plan is delivered on.
• Dealing with high-level decision makers in order to secure their business.
• Keeping update with developments within the market to ensure our clients offering is competitive.
• Managing the wholes sales process to ensure your clients receive the best service and solutions for their business.

The person:

• Experience of generating leads through various prospecting activities including; cold calling, LinkedIn (social selling) and networking activities.
• Experience of selling as-a-service solutions, including software, platform as well as networking and cloud solutions.
• Evidence of a successful track record in meeting sales targets as well as generating and closing your own leads.
• Self-motivated as well as a team player.
• A positive working attitude.
• Targeted orientated and driven to succeed.
• Experience of a consultative sales approach.
