Are you a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst with excellent troubleshooting skills and with a big focus on quality of service? Do you enjoy mentoring less experienced team members and supporting high profile, senior users? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you…

The IT service desk supports c4000 users, resolving IT incidents - predominantly on Microsoft technologies (O365, Windows 10 etc). Operating as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will require strong technical knowledge in areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows Operating systems and Exchange.

As a senior member of the team you'll take ownership of high priority and more complex indidents and requests whilst mentoring, supporting and assisting with development of more junior colleagues.

Technical requirements:-




* In-depth knowledge in Microsoft O365, Windows 10; Identifying and resolving deployment & client configuration issues.
* ITIL certified
* Strong knowledge in Active Directory;
* Some experience of ServiceNow (or similar)
* MS Office in 2010; a high understanding with MS Outlook 2010 resolving outlook related issues
* Involvement in deploying IT hardware kit
