Senior Site Manager

My client is a privately owned regional business with an excellent reputation in the South. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Site Manager to lead a scheme in Basingstoke. The right candidate will have delivered other schemes as a lead on site and will report to a visiting contracts manager.

The project is a 70 unit housing association build project with a value of circa £7m. This is a design and build contract. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering housing schemes as a contractor and must be able to short term programme using Asta or Microsoft project. You will manage the site team and multiple sub contractors to deliver this project. The scheme will start in late April and will run for approx 18 months.
