NEW opportunity to work with one of the countries leading fit out contractors.

Senior Site Manager position for a £15m CAT B commercial office refurbishment in central London.

The position is to oversee subcontractors for the fit out of 3 large CAT B floors to include office spaces, high end timber panelling, meeting rooms and installation of a bespoke staircase. The project runs for 6 Months.

The successful candidate will be able to motivate and drive the men on site to deliver the project on time and to a high quality finish. Must have experience with project programming.

The Senior Construction Manager requirements:

* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on commercial office fit out projects £10m+
* Trade background preferable


* Oversee subcontractors on site and report in to the on site Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
