Are you an experienced driven Senior Construction Manager on the lookout for your next challenge? Do you want to work with a Tier 1 Main Contractor on there Flagship Development here in the North East? Well, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on a New Build Project in the Teesside area. Working for a National Contractor you will Integrate into the Site team during the pre-construction phase to get a good knowledge of the build and report into the Senior Project Manager and Project Director.

The role is paying up to £350.00 per day. Previous experience managing on major commercial schemes is desirable however not essential. There is on-site parking provided and the site is easily accessible via nearby transport links.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

management of Sub-contractors & Labour
Overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of site logistics
Ensuring health & safety policies are adhered to
Coordinating Contracts
Representing the client
