Have you got experience delivering on residential developments? Are you able to motivate and manage sub contractors to deliver effectively within program? If so this may be the opportunity for you.

I am currently working with a contractor on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to work on a £40 mill project taking the lead on the internal fit out. The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience with residential fit out and additionally will have management responsibility of a team of 4 comprising of assistant managers and site managers.

Responsibilities:

* Reporting directly into the Project Manager, taking responsibility for the day to day running and problem solving for the internal works on site.
* Managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver within program
* Ensuring health and safety on site

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Proven track record on a project from start to finish
* Contractor or Developer experience
