Are you a Senior Site Manager with experience working for contractors or developers on a mix of private and social? Are you looking for your next challenge and a great career opportunity? I am currently keen to talk to suitable Senior Site Managers for a new role leading a site of 60 traditional build houses and 9 timber frame flats in Elstead near Farnham . The project includes 1 and 2 bed flats and houses up to 4 bed for private sale, shared ownership and social.

To be considered for the role you must have experience of working as a No1 Site Manager for either contractor or developer, leading similar sized schemes in the new build residential sector. You must also have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
