Senior Site Manager required for a new build residential project near Herne Bay in Kent Salary circa £65k and package.

Our client is a regional developer establishing a sound reputation for delivering residential developments built and finished to exacting standards in some of the counties most prestigious and picturesque locations.

Due to continued growth our client is looking to bring in a Senior Site manager to take control of a 3 phase development of 2,3,4 and 5 bed houses and apartments. Phase one is out of the ground and approaching finishing stages, phase two and three are circa 33 and 44 units and due to start early in the new year.

Candidates will need to have volume residential new build experience as a Site manager with experience of traditional build and timber frame.

The client has a large number of new projects and a enviable land bank and have a impressive business and growth strategy which will make them one of the choice Developers to work with in the Kent area for the foreseeable future.
