Due to a new phases starting we are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager, reporting to a Project Manager, to work for an NHBC award winning national house builder with an existing phased site near Horsham and a number of other sites starting in the area. Managers will only be considered if they have a stable CV and have worked with other developers for a considerable length of time. In return you will join a company that offer better salaries that every other major house builder in the South.

This developer deliver a premium product and quality is paramount. Site Managers wishing to apply for the role should have a quality focused approach.

Strong management from the start is essential to ensure tight control and success in all construction matters. The successful applicant will have completed a number of projects in the past as number one on site.

Ideally candidates will have some experience of traditional build and timber frame although this is not essential.
