Senior Site Manager ? No.1 Manager required for a brand new site in Central Kent . Excellent opportunity, great product and quality. Genuine opportunity for professional growth . Salary £62 - £70k plus package.

Our client is a leading residential developer delivering hundreds of high quality and sought after houses and apartments across the South East, particularly the Kent area.

Due to a new site starting later this year they are looking to employ a Senior Site / PM level candidate to head up a development of 150 units in Central Kent, traditional build.

Ultimately the individual will be in charge of the everyday progression of the site, overseeing a team of Assistants, Foreman and Sub contractors working toward the timely delivery of excellent phased product to obtainable programme.

The candidate will need experience of delivering volume residential projects previously and have an excellent working knowledge of NHBC, Health and Safety and a proven track record in the developer sector.
