Senior Site Manager- Residential Developer

Are you a highly ambitious Senior Site Manager looking for an opportunity on an exciting, landmark project that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with huge potential to grow and develop?

My client, one of the most respected, renowned residential developers that has a turnover exceeding £2bn with over 2000 units live on site at present is looking for a Senior Site Manager with refurbishment and heritage experience.

The site, situated in North London is easily accessible by public transport or private vehicle.

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to help deliver the project which consists of over 250 units split between new build and refurbishment of existing buildings in an idyllic location.

Key Skills



* Experience working on refurbishment and heritage projects
* Residential experience is ideal but not essential
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
