Senior Site Manager

My client is an established main contractor who are actively seeking a Senior Site Manager to run a £3m refurbishment scheme in Portsmouth. You will be the number one on site reporting in to a visiting contracts manager. You will also manage a site team.

The scheme is for an important long standing client so a successful delivery is a must. The project is a refurbishment of an existing accommodation block and the ideal candidate will have run other similar refurbishment schemes previously. You must have delivered your own schemes as a number one on site and be an excellent communicator to liaise with the end client.

In return my client will offer an excellent salary and package as well as the opportunity to progress to run larger schemes as a number one. If you would like to discuss this role in more detail please let me know.
