job description

Our client is a Developer of high quality and finish new build apartments and houses in South London designed for people looking for contemporary interiors and open plan living spaces echoing warehouse conversions in New York and the Dock conversions along the Thames. Very high quality living spaces in excellent locations.

Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior Site / Project manager to look after a new development in South London. They will be site based the majority of the time conversing with contractors to build and finish the units to the high specifications required, dealing with local authorities and architects as well as working along side and receiving support from in house commercial staff and design teams.

Candidates will need new build housing experience and have delivered low volume projects previously as a number one manager. They will be driven by quality, have an excellent eye for detail and will be able ensure programme runs to schedule and monitor all work on site.

There is a real route for progression. The client is looking for someone who in time will have the capacity to oversee multiple projects at anyone time after initially delivering the first project.
