Senior Site Manager- Residential Developer

Are you a highly competent Senior Site Manager looking for a new challenge on a technically challenging project outside of Central London? Fed up of the commute into London but still want the exciting projects?

My client, one of the most respected, renowned residential developers that has a turnover exceeding £2bn with over 2000 units live on site at present is looking for a Senior Site Manager to work on a 200+ unit refurbishment scheme which involves heavy demolition and plant removal including a roof extension.

The site, an hour from Central London on the Surrey / Hampshire border is easily accessible by public transport and private vehicle.


* A basic salary depending on experience
* Company car or allowance
* Discretionary bonus (Dependant on level)

This individual will be an integral part of the business that has a healthy pipeline of work going forward. As it's a tight 'city-centre' location they need someone good with logistics and organisation.

Key Skills

* Experience within the refurbishment sector
* Residential experience would be ideal too
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
