I am recruiting for a Senior Support Worker in Radcliffe, to provide a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for young people.
The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be a key figure in our team, responsible for the day-to-day care and positive development of the young people in our home.
... - Caring for Young People: Providing high-quality emotional and practical care, ensuring their well-being and safety are always the top priority.
- Building Relationships: Developing strong, trusting, and professional relationships with residents to foster self-esteem and encourage positive behavioural change.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a dedicated team, communicating clearly, and contributing to a positive, cohesive, and effective working environment.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and review of care plans.
- Acting as a positive role model and mentor to both residents and junior staff.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive Starting Salary: £31,000 per year +

What You'll Need (Essential Qualifications)
To be considered for this Senior role, you must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP)
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
- A proven track record of working effectively with young people in a residential setting.
