An excellent opportunity to join a leading house builder and gain client side construction experience as a Senior Technical Coordinator has arisen.

My client has a number of exciting residential projects on the way. Due to this production volume they are looking fora Senior Technical Coordinator with previous medium and high-rise concrete frame experience to join the team.

In the role, you will ensure that the design information is managed and executed to the original brief and support the construction team and supporting professional consultant teams with all day to day construction and design communication.


* To Monitor the execution of the design information to the original brief
* To Support construction and consultancy teams with construction and design communication
* To Manage and maintain the build programme

Desired Experience:

* 4+ years Technical Coordinator/Technical Manager experience
* Medium and high-rise
* RC Frame
* Degree qualified


* £50,000 - £60,000 Basic salary
* Bonus
* Car Allowance
* Health Care
* Pension
* Paid Holiday
