Are you on the lookout for a Senior Technical Manager position within London, with an established developer?

Do you have the relevant experience to manage residential projects from planning through to completion?

Are you an enthusiastic and energetic individual, who wants to elevate their career to a new level?

My client client is looking for an experienced candidate to join their team in East London. You could be a Senior Technical Manager looking for a change in company/ projects or an experienced Technical Manager who can be the lead person on this 476-unit high rise project.

The successful candidate will have experience working for a developer and can demonstrate knowledge of the processes and procedures required on project from planning stages through to construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:



* Report to the Technical Director/ Senior Technical Manager
* Check all drawings and details for accuracy and correctness
* Liaise with external consultants to ensure deadlines are met.
* Attend site visits and meetings in order to solve issues that arise during the constructions process.
* Ensure that new regulation and legislation requirements are followed
* Ability to recognise potential issues and implement strategies or overcome them
* Ensures company standard of service and delivers on time
* Advise on the first stage of build design and coordinate works through to handover to the delivery teams
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants and contractors
* Develop the pre-construction programme
* Hold and attend management meetings

Requirements:



* Adequate experience working for a developer from pre-con stage to completion- 'Cradle to Grave' experience
* Enthusiastic and energetic personality
* Excellent communication skills
* Effective management of the team and other contractor
* Ability to optimise projects
* Ambitious and strive for delivery
* Be able to commute to East London
