Service Desk Analyst (c£20,000 - £27,000)

Are you looking for your next opportunity to work on the service desk of a well established, global business? Look no further...

This is a great opportunity to be part of a global distribution business who are going through a phase of growth and are looking to expand their IT service desk team. They have a relaxed but professional working environment where people are able to have a laugh and make conversation, as long as the work is completed to the highest standard.

They have some exciting project plans lined up this year and they are be keen to get you involved in these projects to develop your skills and give you exposure to different technologies.

In this role you will work in a small team, delivering support internally to the 600 - 700 employees across the UK. You will also have the opportunity to travel to other sites across the UK and Ireland to deliver the support and help implement the projects.

As the successful candidate you will have:



* Worked on a service desk previously
* Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* UK driving license is a necessity
* ITIL qualification is desirable

In return they will provide you with a generous salary of c£20,000 - £27,000 along with other great benefits.
