    I am excited to be working with a large benefit pension plan company who are looking for a contracted Service Desk Analyst. As a global company, they are looking for someone to join their London Office. This role is not remote, 5 days in office and working on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings.

    Your New Role

    My client is looking for someone with experience within desk support who can be responsible for the below:

    • Provide end-to-end technology support
    • Support incident recovery and detailed root cause analysis
    • Analyse and assess to resolve issues
    • Record, track and document the service desk request problem
    • Manage outages; proactive communication and problem management
    • Support Issues with Apple products

    IT Experience Required

    • Certified in ITIL foundations
    • Experience with Service Now or other ticketing systems
    • Experience of Microsoft (Windows 10) and MacOS.
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting
    • Understanding of support Office 365 and SharePoint
    • Active Directory administration knowledge.
    • Experience of Cisco WebEx or Microsoft Teams

    Pay Rate

    Outside IR35
