    Service desk engineer needed. London. Salary up to £32'000.

    A well established organisation is currently seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join a reputable IT function to help provide first class support and assistance to its users, and help to support the current onsite IT infrastructure and cloud solutions. You will work closely with the Head of IT in this role and would report directly to them.

    It would be a great opportunity as the business has great values and morals which include respect, integrity as well as teamwork and excellence. They have this vision referred to as a 'Right First Time' which provides an excellent service to their clients.

    As the successful candidate you must:

    • Hold a recognised qualification in IT- ITIL V4/ Compitia A+/ MCP
    • A good attention to detail.
    • Determination to resolve issues without compromising the business.
    • Technical expertise delivering support to IT users.
    • able to work flexible working hours.

    You will be rewarded with:

    • Competitive salary of £30'000-£32'000 depending upon skills and experience.

    • Excellent pension scheme.
    • Yearly non-discretionary bonus.
