Service Planner - Manchester M40- £11.00 PH

Our Client is a multinational Facilities company seeking a Service Planner to join their Successful Team based Manchester M40. Being one of the largest construction companies in the world, this position is not one to be missed.

If successful, your primary focus will be to undertake the coordination and planning of FM activities at Kuehne + Nagel and to assist the Regional FM with the day to day administration, Planning of Works, Raising and Receipting of Purchase Orders

Your Responsibilities Include:

* Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests responding to and directing queries as appropriate.
* Monitoring reactive job requests to ensure timely completion, escalating any issues to the Workplace Manager / Regional Manager/Business Support Manager accordingly.
* Liaise in the co-ordination of specialist sub-contractor and engineers planned maintenance visits & reactive call outs.
* Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing and tracking regular updates to the status of the request through to work complete status in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Understand, identify and apply the SLA for each service request and set expectation with customer.
* Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills sets, geographical location and service delivery arrangements.
* Re-plan/assign as required to manage workload and priorities of response.
* Meet SLA targets and respond to customer demands.
* Ensure site risk assessments and specialist sub-contractors risk assessments are in place before work commences and up to date, along with associated insurances
* Logging of Near Misses
