SharePoint Application Support Analyst is required by leading Surrey based organisation. They are fast growing, have a great reputation for developing their staff and have recently made significant investments in technology as part of a wider business transformation programme.
You will join an established Business Applications Support team, with responsibility for supporting core business systems, which includes a new SharePoint Online platform. In addition to this, you will be an escalation point for issues and deliver a range or reactive and pro-active duties including system upgrades, change projects etc. Training will be provided on some of the technologies, but we do require a proven SharePoint (ideally SP online) application support background.
The successful candidate will have experience across the following areas:-Strong SharePoint admin/support exp (later the version the better)Significant experience providing application support3rd party relationship managementExposure to Document management systemsCRM Application support (Dynamics, Salesforce etc.) is desirableStrong knowledge of MS Applications including MS Outlook, MS Office etc.ITIL certification - or equivalent through experienceUse of online analytics tools (desirable)Strong, proven Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
