Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Hospital - South East London - £35,000

My client is a leading European M&E provider with an extensive portfolio in the UK and London. Due to a contract expansion my client is seeking 2 x electrical shift maintenance engineers to join an established team on site in South East London. You will have your city and guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical installations and 17th Edition with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and crucially with hospitals/commercial building maintenance.

Duties

PPM and Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant including emergency lighting, power, AHU's, FCU's, UPS, Generators, chillers etc

Ideally the perfect candidates will be HVAP and have an extensive background in hospital maintenance including steam plant however, this is not essential.

Hours

Continental Shift - Days and Nights - 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00

Requirements



* Electrical Apprenticeship
* NVQ, City and Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
* 17th Edition
* Proven Track record in commercial building maintenance
* Hospital Maintenance Experience
* Ability to work in the UK
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
