Experienced Site Administrator looking after timesheets? A sub contractor in West London are looking for someone to join their team.

This is a permanent opportunity to join a leading UK Construction Company. The company is independently owned and been around for over 50 years!

Position: Administrator
Location: West London
Salary: £20,000 - £28,000

Administrator Role and Responsibilities:

* Manage all labour staff timesheets - check hours and ensure employees paid on time
* Check invoices
* Raise purchase orders
* Ensure all site workers have correct tickets/paperwork to go on site
* Ensure all operatives have up to date CSCS cards

Admin Candidate Requirements:

* Previous Site Admin experience is essential
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages
* Extremely organised
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service
* Organised, presentable, and show strong communication skills.
