job description

Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Grays, Essex

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent, project minimum 12 months

Salary: £18,000 P/A

Full Time Hours: 08:00 to 17:00, 5 days per week

Randstad CPE Contact: Lizzie Dodd (Maidstone branch)

We are looking for an administrator with construction experience/knowledge to manage the site office and be responsible for all paper work and administration for the site.

The Role:

Your duties will consist of but are not limited to the following:



* Organising and filling of all site receipts and tickets
* Inputting data collated onto Excel
* Sorting the correct receipts into Material and Labor etc.
* Cross checking the accounts system
* Logging all information collated from all sites
* Dealing with delivery, material and labor receipts
* Organizing various communications
* Information management
* Collate information
* IT skills, organizational skills
* Booking meetings, taking minutes

You must have:



* Construction experience (knowledge) is preferable
* Good communication skills
* IT skills and working knowledge of online systems
* Experience Excel
* Transport
