Site Administrator

To join a brand new residential project based in Harrow. This role will be to provide both admin and document control for the whole site and working alongside with the production teams.

Duties:



* To liaise with sub-contractors, designers and the Project Team
* To manage and control the drawings and correspondence between the project team and external parties, ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly.
* To maintain the document controls processes and ensure appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material.
* To ensure that site paperwork is being captured correctly and being filtered through to all those necessary
* To upload and download drawings, dealing with RFI'S etc.
* Support with Site Set up
* Set up all paper-based Project folders
* Maintain Site Records
* Manage the Project Inbox (if applicable)
* Manage all documentation issued via the Main Contractors System
* Manage & support the printing of all drawings & documents issued by the main contractor ensuring the most recent drawings are available and being worked from.
* Track all documents issued for Approval; RFI's, Technical Submittals, RAMs, Samples etc
* Track all Deliveries & liaise with the Suppliers & Head office to resolve any discrepancies
* Collate Transport Records for all deliveries and issue to Main Contractor when requested
* Track all Environmental documents issued to the Main Contractor by H&S Manager to ensure they are approved in a timely manner
* Ensure all relevant project information is filed and archived both electronically and hard copies where necessary.
* File copies of new workers CSCS cards received from the Project Manager/Site Supervisor
* Typing & collating of Reports
* Order PPE from the Head office
* Order Stationary supplies from Head office for Site
* Print all signage required
* All general Admin support to the Site Team
* Help Cover Annual Leave/Absence

Essential skills and qualifications



* Knowledge of ASITE, BIW, 4projects or any other document control system.
* Computer literate and able to learn and use new applications quickly
* Advanced understanding of document control
* Outlook (including email & calendar)
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
* Fast and highly accurate typing skills
