Are you looking for a Fixed Term Contract? A Site Administrator is required to work closely with the site team to provide support on a construction site in Stevenage

Experience of Site Administration within Construction is essential to the role

Working hours are 08:30 - 17:00

This is a FTC 6-12 months

This role is paying circa £20,000 - £22,000

Administrator Role and Responsibilities:

* Liaising with the site team and provide admin support to colleagues
* Create and maintain filing system
* Assist with word processing of documents, presentations and reports.
* Manage correspondence, reports and site documents
* Manage staff timesheets
* Upload site documentation on to EDMS system
* Filing, printing and scanning of documents
* Ad hoc duties as job requires

Administrator Requirements:

* Previous site admin experience is required
* Must have worked on a construction site
* Organised and able to prioritise workload
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confident user of computer and office equipment
