Site Engineer

Randstad CPE currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer with civils experience to get involved on various projects on a permanent basis. The head office will be based in Bury however travel around sites in the North West should be expected.

This is a massive opportunity for any ambitious Site Engineer looking to progress their career. Role and Responsibility

* Preparation of civil general arrangement drawings
* Reading and interpretating drawings and moving with them with no supervision
* Interpretation of ground investigation reports
* Selection and appraisal of suppliers and their design submissions
* Identification of the temporary works requirements of the permanent works design.
* Co-ordination of design at all stages
* Attendance at design, progress and site meetings as required.

Skills and Qualifications

* 5+ years' experience within civil engineering industry
* Groundworks, Infrastructure, Public Realm, drainage and roads experience is needed.
* Self motivation
* Be able to organise yourself and others workload
* Innovative thinking
* An excellent communicator
* A high level of diplomacy and customer focus
* Working within a team environment
