job description

Are you an experienced Engineer looking for a new exciting opportunity to be based in the North East of England? The client we are currently working with is a fast growing national house builder.


We are currently looking for an Engineer to control and coordinate all technical information between external and internal departments.

£30,000 - £45,0000pa

Key responsibilities:
*Working with Land department
*Check all drawings
*Liaising with external consultants
*Attend site visits and meetings
*Attend design meetings with the highways and planners
*Procure site investigation information
*Provide technical support to the site teams
*Work with design team to develop products and new build systems


What we are looking for:
*2-3 years experience
*Communication and influencing skills
*Architectural knowledge
*Eye for detail
*IT skills - Advanced
*Experience of managing consultants
*Excellent organisational skills
*Full and valid UK Driving Licence
