job description

We're currently working with a small family run fit out and refurbishment contractor based in the East Midlands, they are a family run business with a fantastic reputation in the Student Accommodation and Hotel sector.

Project values range from £100k up to £1.5m and are on a national basis, however your base will be their head office in Leicestershire.


* Attend pre start meetings with the client before the contract is drawn up
* Check measure and spot check plots ahead of commencement of fitting
* Confirm installation schedule with site team and communicate call off requirements
* Reporting to a visiting Operations Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction/ fitting process including managing of all site labour and suppliers
* Management of construction / fitting programme
* Minimising/Eliminating potential programme delays. Identify potential problems at sites and try to resolve them before they become apparent to the client/impact progress.
* You will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

MUST have experience in the fit out of apartment, hotel and student accommodation projects.

Relevant qualifications:

CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid
