Site Manager - New Build Housing
Up to £60,000 + Package
Our client is a national PLC housing developer who builds an amazing product and truly cares about quality. They are looking for a Site Manager in Nottingham, on a large, multiphase project managing 1 phase - of all traditional build homes.
They are thriving in the East Midlands, which means you will have the luxury of never being too far from home, and because of this.
The ideal candidate will be used to running new build housing developments, from a PLC background, as well as experience in keeping works to programme, dealing with all sub contract issues as they arise and monitoring all health & safety.
This developer is keen to go for an award on this development - so having won one or being eager to win one would defiantly go in your favour!
