Site Manager - Hertfordshire - New Build Residential

A freelance Site Manager is required to oversee a new build residential development consisting of 9 traditional build units in Watford, Hertfordshire. The scheme has been on site for 3 months and is due to complete in Spring 2019 with future projects currently being tendered.

The project will have a medium spec finish and consists of a mix of 3/4 bedroom residential units. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, the successful Site Manager will be responsible for implementing the construction programme on site and overseeing subcontractor work. Candidates ideally will have experience of delivering similar projects as number 1 on site for either similiar Main Contractors or Residential Developers.

Role/duties:



* Ensure smooth construction process including
* Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
* Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
